Eastside Christian Academy

At Eastside Christian Academy, we believe that academic studies and intellectual development are more than just tools that help young people get into a good college and have a better chance at a lucrative career. While those might be reasonable and even admirable goals, we believe that academic study has a higher and more noble purpose. We believe that academic pursuit and study is about knowing God more deeply and completely. All truth is God's truth. Whether it is the Golden Rule or the Law of Gravity, if it's true, it is part of God's truth, and a part of His revelation to humanity.

With this is mind, Eastside Christian Academy promotes a Biblical worldview that is based on academic rigor and a biblically-integrated curriculum. Students will be challenged to examine the world around them through the lens of God's truth as revealed in His Word. Our academic program is centered around the core courses of language arts, math, science, social studies, and Bible with a focus on critical thinking, problem solving, oral and verbal communication, and reasoning. Special areas courses include art, physical education, integrated communications, and computer skills. Students who matriculate through our program will be equipped to take advanced program classes once they enter high school. For greater detail into our academic program, refer to our scope and sequence and curriculum guides or contact the school office to set up an appointment.

It appears that God is more involved when deliverance is instantaneous. But that is not always the case. As I was reading the book of Deuteronomy [...]
