We all love our children and want what’s best for them. How wonderful that God gave us His word to guide us in our parenting adventure!

We found a wonderful resource called ‘God Bless You: a Collection of 12 Biblical Blessings for Sons and Daughters’. We hope you will join us as we pray these Biblical Blessings each month over our kids.

Blessing #1
Psalm 23
May the Lord be your shepherd.
May He bless you with all that you need.
May He make you lie down in green pastures,
and lead you beside quiet waters, and restore your soul.
May He guide you in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
May His rod and staff comfort you so that you fear no evil even when you walk through the valley of the shadow of death.
May the Lord prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies.
May He anoint your head with oil.
May your cup of joy overflow continuously.
May the Lord’s goodness and mercy follow you all the days of your life. And may you dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
